Hey, on 1.17+, the armor stands used to display text seem to duplicate during server restarts, and lose their invisibility.
This is how it looks:

=== Holographic Displays ===
Welcome!
This is a Plugin for Spigot Servers.
This Plugin is great!
Like this Plugin, i use it to make Floating Texts on my Public Network Server and so far, its great! I have tested it on 1.13, 1.14, 1.15 and all 1.16 versions. They all still work, and about 1.17, it somehow reads the «Game Response» as an Error Code. It doesn’t show any Response what-so ever.
Supported Versions on Displays for Spigot :
Help & Info
Help: You can use /hd create and then create your Hologram, after it will show a Default message: «This is a Default hologram. Change it with /hd edit » (Input the name of the Hologram.)
Helpful Commands:
Info: This Plugin works best on 1.8, 1.10, 1.11, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15 and 1.16.5. Note that Spigot with a Config file will not work on some servers with Custom Config Managers. Thats how you get no message from using /hd create.
=== Issues & Bugs ===
Reported By: 2010phoenixplays
Important Issues: As of 2021, there are no Issues with the plugin for 1.8 to 1.11. There might be some Bugs with versions 1.12 to 1.14. This might make a lot of things a lot harder to play and to use some other Plugins on your server. So far, use 1.16.1 to 1.16.5 for the best playout.
Bugs: 1.17 does not give a Response in chat but does lag the Console from trying to create a text, this Spams the Console.
I have installed the 1.17 updated version, however the plugin is not working on my spigot server. Whenever I try to create a display I get the message: «An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this command.»
Please update to 1.17

I am on Spigot 1.15.2, so I cannot compare directly with what you are seeing. But my lore and scoreboards and holograms appear to use the same font (and therefore all have the same issue), with either forced UniCode font and not. I do not know how you are seeing different fonts for different object types.
How do I re-use a hologram I already have?
I’ve a hologram that I want to use in many places without the need to flood with ctrl c ctrl v
Hope to add / hd create [text]
Or visibility switch
Sunucumda kullanınca Girip çıktığımda yok oluyor yardım edermisiniz?
When i try to edit a hologram i get this messege:
An internal error occurred while attempting to perform this action.
At the end it does edit the hologram. But i am only making the first one 😀

As you suspect, you need to make multiple copies, one for each location. There is no other way with the current HD, nor with any available add-on plugin.
It would require a syntax modification, with hologram definitions optionally separate from location assignments, so that the top level expressed a location that used a defined hologram. It would be best to still support the current syntax, so that the more common usage of one location for each hologram continued to work. Such a combined syntax is not difficult to envision. For example, instead of
the syntax could be something like:
When I try to run /help, it always give me this console error:
