Корпоративный MTN может постоянно предлагаться компанией инвесторам через дилера, при этом инвесторы могут выбирать между сроками погашения от девяти месяцев до 30 лет, хотя большинство MTN имеют срок погашения от одного до 10 лет.

Преимущества среднесрочных нот
MTN предлагают инвесторам выбор между традиционно краткосрочными и долгосрочными инвестициями.
